🇦. Depending on your budget, a basic wedding photography package includes photography, portrait shots, wedding album and videography. A typical 2 and half day wedding package for both sides may include traditional and candid photography, cinematic wedding video, teaser and canvera album.

🇦. Yes, of course, It's nothing much of a concern. We are always flexible to your venues and we will be happy to be a part of your special day.

🇦. We do not take extra charges for outstation assignments. It remains same as mention in the package. In the case of destination wedding clients must be arrange traveling and modest accommodation for our team.

🇦. A pre wedding photo shoot can be a formal or an informal affair. Depending on what you want, we can give suggestions on outfits and locations so that we can achieve the look you desire.

We usually shoot to different places in Kolkata. If you have no problem with your budget then you can go to the place of your choice and you will have to bear the extra cost.

We offer both pre wedding photo and pre wedding video. You will get edited soft copy of best photographs (quantity cannot be predicted), and hard copy (album / photobook) also, it's depend on your budget. Pre wedding video duration will be 3-4 mins. approx.

The reason why we suggest pre-wedding shoots to our clients is that it’s a really great way for the couple to get to know each other. Also, it ensures that on your big day, since you’re already familiar with us, you don’t get camera-shy! It is best to get this shoot done at least a month before your wedding day.

We also offer “Save the Date” invitation and wedding e-card for WhatsApp. Discuss with us for digital wedding invitation, it may be free service for you, if you book us for both side.

🇦. The camera does not take pictures by itself, the most important thing for a good quality photo is how professional the person behind the camera. But still if you are want to know about the gear we use, then we will say, we always use prime equipment, full frame mirrorless camera, crop sensor camera, optical quality fast lenses, prime & zoom lenses, high quality lights, light modifiers & reflectors, soft boxes, drone, gimbal and much more. And we always tend to upgrade our gear which has no end.

🇦. We have been involved in the photography business for over 19 years. During this long time we have gained enough love and appreciation from our clients. This is the best achievement of our success. 

We have successfully captured more than 150+ wedding stories, including in Kolkata and Outstation. In addition to wedding photography we also do a variety of other types of photography work. 

🇦. Yes of course we do provide videography. We believe not just freeze stills are enough to describe a tale metaphorically, a motion in flow of emotion is needed indeed. Now the world is quickly moving towards cinematography. We have focused on creating beautiful stories with our cinematic style of storytelling.

🇦. Yes, we do provide a teaser of 3-4 minutes of the main big wedding video. And we also provide you a cinematic wedding video along with it worth the duration at most of 40-45mins.

🇦. Yes, definitely you can. After all it's your wedding so you better know which song will fit the story of your life. Even we always recommend you to let us know if there is any special music or songs of your taste to put behind your story. If you don't have any special choice, nothing to worry about, we will surely do the best we can to exceed your expectations.

🇦. Usually the size of the album is 12" X 18" (open size 12" X 36"), you can resize your album as you wish.

We provide genuine canvera photobooks with a certificate from canvera and an online pin to view your photo album online.

We also provide standard quality premium wedding album which includes different types of paper quality and materials like gloss, matt, texture, non tearable, velvet touch etc. Such albums (digital photo books) will be stored on our website for lifetime. You can share it with your loved ones at any time you want. 

🇦. Each assignment is different and the count of images are dependent on several matters like the count of opportunities, a number of guests and much more. We cannot promise a certain number of photos beforehand. Rest assured that you will receive all good photos whether 300 or a 1000.

Within 2-4 weeks of the event we will give you all raw photos by a pendrive or via google drive link, so you can choose the picture of your choice for your final wedding album. 

🇦. Delivery time depends on multiple things and usually, it will take longer to complete your wedding album and video, because post processing is a longer process.

We will send you all the raw pictures via pen drive or google drive within 2-4 weeks of the wedding. You have to choose certain number of picture for the album print. Once you select the final photos, we start the design process. We put in a great amount of effort and quality costs time for design the album. After complete the design we start the process of printing and binding and the whole process takes about 2-3 months after you select the photos.

In the case of wedding videos, it takes quite a while to select the clips and make them beautiful with music. Wedding Video will be delivered along with the wedding album. Sometimes we deliver before the specified time.

If any problem arises (i.e. technical issue, huge pressure on wedding session) then the delivery schedule may be delay for few weeks, client have to understand the issue. We always try to maintain the committed delivery time.

If you wish to take delivery before our promised deadline, you need to discuss your urgent problem (like will go abroad, will leave Kolkata for many days etc.) with us at the time of booking, and then we will give you the highest priority considering your importance.

🇦. We really understand your concern and we know that getting married can be expensive sometimes, but as you know, the memories are priceless and the only way to truly preserve your memories for a lifetime is through our hard work and skill.

The packages we offer to our clients have been decided keeping in mind the affordability and considerable consideration, so that we can present the best work to our clients at the lowest cost.

🇦. We generally start booking dates six months in advance, early booking are preferred for planning purposes. We highly recommend approaching us at the moment your marriage date is fixed. We take limited number of booking throughout the year and make it perfectly. We don't take over limit and huge booking. To check our availability, share your wedding date with us on WhatsApp because it is possible that we are available even until a week before your wedding.

 If your wedding date is very late or you are planning your wedding for next year then register your email on our website. We will send you all the information related to wedding photography through email.

🇦. A clear and brief communication is important with us. To ensure your booking you have to pay 25% of the total package in advance.

🇦. After you've done your advance payment your plans get fixed in our enlisted schedule list and it is not always possible to change that. If there are any minor changes in events you have to let us know that earlier. We do not committed any major changes, like change of event date or event place etc.

🇦. We accept varity of payment method like cash, cheque, bank transfer and online payment options like gpay, paytm, etc.

First of all you have to book the date of shoot with 25% deposited as advance, 50% on the first day of the event and the rest 25% must be cleared at the time of final delivery.

🇦. We have no particular refund policy. But in emergency cases if you cancel a date after confirmation and replace with another date within six month, we would adjust the booking amount to that, but obviously if there is any vacancy on your replaced date. If we have already bookings elsewhere on your changing date, we will no longer be able to assist you and according to agreements, the advanced payment of booking is also non-refundable.

🇦. We own the copyright and reserve the right to use the photos to promote our own work on our website, social media and publications. We not sell the images. 

As a client, you will have all of the necessary rights for a non-commercial use. You can easily share them on social media platform, printing rights on your own images or create a new photo book print and can use them in any manner without any commercial gain. In case you want to resell your images or do any commercial use then only you need to get in touch with us first as rights to the wedding photos are of Swift Creation Photography™️. 

🇦. No suggestion, keep in mind, all are not a professional photographer who has a camera. But one thing that always choose the right professional photographer who's job are really creative and unique and you must be satisfied with the service.
